SUCCESS FEE A success fee of 0.35% of awarded contract value applies on execution or NTP — reduced to 0.25% under a signed retainer. The base estimating fee is billed per bid; the success fee applies only when you win.
RETAINER OPTION High-volume bidders: up to 2 bids/mo at $4,500 or up to 4 bids/mo at $8,500, with reduced success fees. Ask about monthly retainers.
